Product Overview

This production line is used for manufacturing polyurethane (PU) sandwich panels, which possess properties such as insulation, heat insulation, and fire resistance. It is widely applied to the walls and roofs of factories, cold storage facilities, warehouses, and public buildings.
The entire line includes processes such as unwinding, forming, foaming, dual-track composite, fixed-length cutting, and automatic stacking. It adopts high-pressure foaming and dual-track curing technologies to ensure the flatness and dimensional accuracy of the panels.
The equipment has a high degree of automation, operates stably, is suitable for large-scale continuous production, and has obvious investment return advantages.

Ultrasonic control
The entire process is controlled by variable frequency through ultrasonic detection. The slackness of the unwinding process is monitored by photoelectric induction to ensure smooth and continuous feeding.
Film covering device
Apply a protective film on the surface of the tablet to prevent scratches during transportation and processing, thereby enhancing the protection effect of the finished product.
Preheating oven
The heating is carried out by a hot air circulation method. The heated air is then sent into the oven to uniformly preheat the double-layered sheets. The temperature can be adjusted continuously to ensure stable and efficient heating.
Foaming system accessories
The package includes a sheet conveyor device, a tape sealing device and a sponge sealing device, ensuring a stable foaming process and reliable edge sealing.
DBL Double Sideband System
The two-way belt device controls the thickness and production speed of the sheet during the foaming process. It synchronously clamps both sides, restricting horizontal expansion and guiding the sheet forward. As an active running mold, it can effectively prevent deformation and scratches, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the finished sheet.
Online cutting system
The cutting device is set to the desired length by the PLC and precisely triggered by the encoder. It can complete the fixed-length cutting without stopping. During operation, an adsorption device is also equipped to promptly remove foam debris and dust, ensuring the continuity of production and the cleanliness of the finished products.
